This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
I'm really surprised with such a positive reaction for the first photo I've posted. High expectations are sometimes very difficult to be met. I won't even be trying to do so now, because now it's all about search, experiment and learning.
I will now be posting the images made over the last year, as new ones are unlikely to appear soon. I will be glad to see your comments, especially regarding the formal technique - to be frank, I've got no idea about it If there's an apparent mistake in composition, color management... whatever - feel free to point it out, even providing link to some corresponding article if you're generous.
I'm eager to become a professional and reckon on the DA community help.
Beeing a professional has two dimensions for me. First, it's not the one who makes his or her living with art, but the one who could reach some level of excellence and will _never_ publish anything below it. Second, it means, that the emotions or experience of the original scene before the photographer eyes are transferred to the viewer of the final image without any distortion, or with the range of distortions deliberately set by the author. That's it.
